Aspire to be this amazing woman warrior, Lady Justice or Themis ... she could be the angel of justice, within a beaded border she boldly stands, this woman with wings wearing a crown and a beautiful dress holding her raised sword in one hand and the scales of justice in the other.  Very interesting that you can see her heart shaped pelvis and legs through her sheer dress.  Such meaningful wax seal jewelry.

A guardian angel with powerful strength ... watching over us. In Greek mythology THEMIS was the goddess of divine law and order, not ordinances but laws of justice and morality, laws of hospitality and good governance upholding human rights and the needs of the people.  A lovely protective talisman for yourself or a loved one ... meaningful wax seal jewelry.

I almost forgot to mention that she's reversible ... on the backside of this lead seal are trees with birds resting on top surrounded by bits of a legend which possibly reads ISTH GIX DV (DU).

Sand cast from a medieval (15th - 16th century) lead cloth or textile seal that had been found while metal detecting after spending centuries in the ground.  I made a sand mold of it, torch melted the metal and poured it into the sand mold, sand casting it in sterling silver. Each solid dimensional piece will be unique and you can expect to see evidence of the process in every piece of jewelry, texture left behind from the sand molds. Some may see these as imperfections but I see them as intentionally one of a kind beautiful ... hand crafted jewelry because I believe how it's made matters.

Impressed with history!
