When can I expect my order?
The processing time does vary slightly but typically you can expect your order to ship within 3 - 5 business days.

Rings are made to order and will ship within 5 - 7 business days.

Please note that a few days may be added to processing times during busy holiday seasons.

Shipping, Tracking and Insurance
Please be mindful when adding/checking your shipping address. We cannot take responsibility for lost parcels, parcels returned to sender due to incorrect address or any postal service delays.
Packages are shipped via the US postal service (USPS) with tracking and insurance and you will receive a notice, with your tracking number, when your package has been shipped.
If a correctly addressed package is lost or damaged in the mail please contact us so that we may file an insurance claim:
after 21 days for domestic packages
after 45 business days for international packages
This is the insurance company’s official policy for insurance claims.
If tracking says delivered and you did not receive it, please contact your local USPS office and your local police.

We will not be held responsible for items shipped to a given wrong address.

Estimated shipping times:
to North America: 3-6 business days
to Canada: 2-3 weeks (customs fees may be incurred at receipt by your country)
to Europe: 2-6 weeks (customs fees may be incurred at receipt by your country)
Actual delivery time will will be in the hands of our postal service.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Sometimes the package is sitting in customs awaiting taxes and fees before being released and you are not always notified by your postal service that you need to pick it up and pay any taxes or fees.

It is highly recommended that you follow the tracking number you will receive when your package ships so you know when it enters your country.
Hopefully you will receive notification that it’s being held for taxes and fees but if not maybe it will be noted in the tracking.
Customs does not hold a package long before returning it to the sender.

It has become the shop policy to refund international orders, minus shipping charges, when returned because the post/mail does not refund the shipping charges on returned packages and we cannot afford to ship again as international shipping and insurance fees are costly.

Returns and exchanges
We understand that shopping online can be tricky, so be sure to read our detailed item descriptions carefully before making your purchase. We don’t want you to be disappointed, or surprised, with a pendant that is smaller or larger than you thought it would be. 

Unfortunately, there will be a processing fee imposed on all cancellations and returns due to the selling policies and terms on shopify so your refund will reflect this.  

Please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date and before returning your item for authorization because some items are NOT eligible for return/exchange.


Your item must be unworn in brand new condition and returned in its original packaging.



You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the error was ours.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Earrings
• Items on sale

Sizing Details
Unsure of the size of a wax seal pendant? Please be sure to read our detailed descriptions carefully - you'll find accurate measurements in both inches and millimeters.

The wax seal pendant is created by impressing an actual antique wax seal into the silver so the size of the pendant is dependent on the size of the original antique seal … some are very small and some are larger and this is not accurately reflected in the enlarged photos.
The sentiment or text on many of the wax seal pendants is tiny, faint and challenging to read because that’s the actual impression from the original antique seal, which is often tiny and faint.

Engraving and Personalization
Sorry, we don't engrave the wax seal charms but check with your local jeweler and perhaps they can do the engraving for you.

Ring Sizing
If your ring size is not included in the drop down box of ring sizes we can likely still make a custom sized ring for you.
Simply select "other" from the drop down box and add a note, with your ring size, to your order.
Custom rings are not returnable.

Can I order an oxidized chain with the necklace?
Yes, we're happy to oxidize the chain for you.
Simply, select the chain length and add the item to your shopping cart and add a note at checkout to oxidize the chain.

Packaging and Gift Giving
Your wax seal jewelry item will arrive in a small glass topped tin along with an informational card describing the provenance and symbolism of the antique wax seal from which it was impressed.
The entire order is tucked into a signature cloth bag, wrapped in tissue.

Is this a gift? Simply enter the recipients address at checkout and include a short personalized note and we will include a handwritten note tag on your behalf ~ it’s a small tag so please keep it brief.
*Please note, orders going to different addresses will need to be ordered separately so that you can enter the address for each destination.
Receipts are not included in the packaging since they are emailed to you when you place the order.

Care Instructions
Your wax seal jewelry has been handcrafted by impressing an antique wax seal into sterling .925 silver and sterling silver can tarnish/react when exposed to the elements: salty air, humidity, sulfur, chlorine, salts, cosmetics, perspiration, household bleach and other chemicals.
When not wearing your jewelry store it in the glass top container it arrived in, with that black anti-tarnish square. You can remove the cotton ~ that was used to protect it during shipping.
To prevent tarnish as much as possible, avoid wearing your jewelry in the shower, pools, hot tubs and ocean. Avoid wearing it while exercising, cleaning, applying body lotions, fragrances and hair products, etc.

If the high areas begin to tarnish gently rub a silver polishing cloth over the area to be shined.  
This polishing pad works great.
Do not use silver dips and creams to clean your wax seal jewelry. This will remove the intentional oxidation in the low areas that gives it that contrast and antiqued look. If the high areas begin to tarnish and you’d like them shiny again, gently rub a silver polishing cloth over the area to be shined.

Can I order an oxidized chain with the necklace?
We're happy to oxidize a chain for you. Once you've selected the necklace chain length from the listing simply send a note when you place your order to let us know that you’d prefer an oxidized chain. 

Do you offer gift-wrapping?
We don’t currently offer individual item gift wrapping but each necklace is placed in a glass topped aluminum tin and includes a descriptive card.  Then, your entire order is tucked into a hand stamped logo cloth bag and wrapped in tissue paper.  


Do you need an extra hand stamped logo fabric gift bag with your order of multiple jewelry items?  Just let us know at the time of purchase.

If you’d like to ship an order directly to a gift recipient we are happy to personalize the note tag - simply include a note with your personalization (it’s a small tag, see photo, so please keep it brief).
