Packaging and Gift Giving
Your wax seal jewelry item will arrive in a small glass topped tin along with an informational card describing the origin and heraldic symbolism of that antique wax seal. 

Then, your entire order is tucked into a signature cloth bag and wrapped in tissue secured with a sticker.

Is this a gift?  Simply enter the recipients address at checkout and include a short personalized note and we will include a handwritten note tag on your behalf ~ it’s a small tag so please keep it brief.

  *Please note, orders going to different addresses will need to be ordered separately so that you can enter the address for each destination. 

Receipts are not included in the packaging since they are emailed to you when you place the order.

When can I expect my order?
The processing time does vary slightly but typically you can expect your order to ship within 3 - 5 business days.  
Rings are made to order and will ship within 5 - 7 business days.
If you've ordered the death's head mourning ring please allow 4 - 6 weeks for its completion before shipping.

Please note that a few days may be added to processing times during busy holiday seasons.

Estimated shipping times
  US: 3-6 business days
  Canada: 2-3 weeks (customs fees may be incurred at receipt by your country)
  UK: 2-3 weeks (customs fees will be incurred at receipt by your country, VAT taxes.  Customers have informed me that these fees are rather steep and Royal Mail may or may not leave a note to let you know that your package is awaiting your payment of the tax so it is imperative that you follow tracking and call them, once the tracking shows the package has cleared customs, and quote the tracking number.  Otherwise, Royal Mail will return the package to me after a just a week or 2.)

Please note, we’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee the postal delivery service.  Actual delivery time will also depend on the shipping method you choose.

Tracking and Insurance
Packages are shipped with tracking and insurance and you will receive a notice, with your tracking number, when your package has been shipped.
If an item is lost in the mail please contact us so that we may file an insurance claim: 
  after 21 days for domestic packages
This is the insurance company’s official policy for insurance claims.

Returns and exchanges
We understand that shopping online can be tricky, so be sure to read our detailed item descriptions carefully before making your purchase. We don’t want you to be disappointed, or surprised, with a pendant that is smaller or larger than you thought it would be.  
We want you to be happy with your jewelry purchase but if you are not please contact us within 7 days of delivery and return the item to us in its original condition with packaging within 14 days of delivery.  
Unfortunately, there will be a processing fee imposed on all cancellations and returns due to the selling policies and terms on shopify so your refund will reflect this. 
Once received we will credit your payment for the cost of the returned item, minus the processing fee, in its original condition, but you are responsible for the cost of shipping.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
