Adorn yourself with a sweet little frog or toad wax seal necklace pendant.

- symbolism -
The frog is a four-legged amphibian, whose strong hind legs make it a renowned jumper.  In heraldry the frog or toad were classified as reptiles, along with lizards, serpents, salamanders and turtles.  In heraldry, reptiles symbolize wisdom and protection.
In many cultures frogs and toads symbolize life,  longevity, fertility and purity.
Of course, it makes me think of the Brothers Grimm fairy tale The Frog King (Iron Heinrich) originally written in 1812.

Hand cast from a beautiful antique fob wax seal, which dates back to 1840. It's shown in the photos but not available for purchase.
