Beware!  There's a serpent or snake in the grass wax seal necklace.  A serpent or snake is lurking in the tall grass under the French sentiment PREMEZ GARDE A VOUS which translate BEST YOU TAKE CARE.  Meaningful wax seal jewelry.

The term snake in the grass was first used by the poet Virgil in the Third Eclogue.  In Latin it reads LATET ANGUIS IN HERBA which translates A SNAKE LURKS IN THE GRASS.
