Make an impression with this interesting larger Georgian or Victorian era fob wax seal depicting a heart shaped lock with key hole surrounded by the French sentiment J’AI LA CLE which translates I HAVE THE KEY.

Please review the photos carefully as they are the most important part of the description. Also, some of the antique seals are very large, some very small, and I have carefully measured each, see below.

So much mystery but I'll leave the enjoyment of the research to you. 

- approximate height - 1 1/4“ (32mm)
- matrix measurement - 1” x 3/4” (25mm x 20mm)
- matrix - a speckled orange hard stone, perhaps agate or jasper
- fob handle - sold to me as 9ct. gold or rose gold (the description had both) but I never tested it
