Meet Calista, the magical witchy ghost necklace pendant, wearing her long flowing gown and donning her crooked conical hat while holding hanging onto her broom she carries a secret wherever she goes … her magic cauldron is hiding as an intaglio on her base, ready to be used as a wax seal to seal your spooky correspondence.
Sweet and spectral ghost jewelry and eerie wax seal intaglio jewelry.

This sweet little disembodied soul was hand sculpted from a chunk of carving wax, cast in solid sterling silver and hand finished in my little studio so there may be minuscule variations.

- ghost measurements - almost 1”(25mm) including suspension loop or 3/4” (20mm) not including loop x 1/2” (12mm)
- the ghost is 3D and detailed on all sides
- with a little cauldron intaglio on her underside
- note - her hidden cauldron is angled to fit under her witchy gown so be sure to hold her so that her cauldron is upright when impressing her in melted wax for wax sealing.
- metal - solid sterling silver (.925 silver) … she’s not hollow inside
*** ghost charm only - chain sold separately here
- photographed with a US dime and inch ruler for scale

- orders will arrive with a stick of black sealing wax just in case you want to impress her in melted wax on your correspondence - while supplies last.

A bit about the origin of the English word ghost ~ it was derived from the Old English word gāst, a noun that meant spirit, soul, breath and angel.

sealing wax stick with a wick …
it’s easy and requires just a match with no other melting equipment

*** how to use:
- light the wick of the stick and hold it like a candle (vertically) until you see wax begin to melt around the base of the wick.  the melting wax provides fuel to keep the flame lit
- slowly tip and hold the wax stick at a slight 20 degree angle (lit end down) directly over
the area where you wish to impress your your little ghost, allowing the melting wax to pool on your project … 9 small drops pooled seems just right for the tiny ghost
- center your little ghost intaglio over the pool, impress and extinguish the flame on your stick … (best to let it rest on a safe non-stick surface) and after a few seconds lift the little ghost straight up from the cooling wax
- if you find the wax won't let go of the seal, just let your ghost rest on the wax until the wax is completely cool, then lift your seal off.  if you continue having difficulty lifting the little ghost from the wax just set it on ice before impressing
