With a nod to days gone by, little doll arm and a leg necklace charms in sterling silver ... and they won't cost you an arm and a leg ... sorry, I couldn't resist.  Interesting figural arm and leg jewelry.

- description -
The original little bisque jointed boy doll was made in Germany between 1910-1915 by Hertwig & Co. in Katzhutte, Germany.  He measures 1 5/8" tall and has molded hair, painted features and painted heeled shoes ... just think, your great, great, grandmother may have played with her very own little bisque doll!

The little arm is symbolic of the WE CAN DO IT attitude, reminiscent of Norman Rockwell's 1943 image of Rosie the Riveter, a cultural icon of World War II, which represented all the women who worked in factories and shipyards during the war.

Cast from an antique German bisque jointed doll that dates back to 1910-1915
