A lovely ouroboros split ring to add to your ornate Victorian hand necklace pendant.

The ouroboros, snake eating its own tail, is a split ring with a very small overlap on the back side (see photo).

- ouroboros size - 3/4" (18mm)
- metal - solid 3D sterling silver (.925 silver)
- photographed next to a US dime and inch ruler for scale
- the ouroboros is available only if you have previously purchased a Victorian hand pendant

The original antique ouroboros was gold and dates back to the 19th century.
We have borrowed this from history and reproduced it in sterling silver to share with you. 
***Please note, if you decide to add a charm to your split ring gently push the charm jump ring through the opening.  Don’t pull the split ring apart in any direction - it will likely be difficult to push it back into shape and as with any metal, the more you work it/move it the harder and less flexible it becomes and brittle, work hardened metal will eventually crack and break.
