Hand crafted from a lovely ornate antique sterling silver fob wax seal which dates to 1805 - 1815.  The fob seal is stamped with makers mark RF but I have not been able to identify who that is.

The brass mermaid wax seal charm has been individually patinated, resulting in a variety of colors … verdigris, aquas, blues ... and no two will ever be the same.  
The charms have been sealed and waxed several times but it’s still best not to submerge it or get it wet.
