Make an impression with a lovely desk wax seal depicting two shields, side by side, under a crown.  One shield holds what looks like two plumes resting in a crown, under a star and a resting dog next to an orb with a cross. The other shield depicts six cannonballs under three stars and a crescent moon.

The bronze intaglio matrix is fastened to a tapered wood handle. 

So much mystery but I'll leave the enjoyment of the research to you.
