A daily reminder NOT WORDS BUT DEEDS wax seal necklace ... inspiring words to live by.

- description -
Simply stated NOT WORDS BUT DEEDS.

- symbolism -
I don't know if there is any connection to this wax seal and the suffragette movement but in 1903 Emmeline Pankhurst adopted the motto DEEDS NOT WORDS as the slogan of the new Women's Social and Political Union, hoping to achieve equality in society and the right to vote.

Hand cast from a Victorian era (1837 - 1901) ladies multiple wax seal set, shown in the photo but not available for purchase.

- approximate measurement - just over 1/2" (14mm)
- shown with a 1937 US dime for scale
- wax seal charm metal - fine silver (.999 pure and recycled silver)
- chain - a sterling silver cable chain with a spring ring clasp.
- select the necklace chain length or just the charm at checkout.

More chains, charm catchers and swivel fobs are available here.  And if you'd prefer an oxidized chain (antiqued) to the shiny chain shown, simply make this request at checkout in the "add a note to your order" box.

Impressed with history!
